Sgt. Rocky Pepper
Sgt. Rocky Pepper was born in the year 2023 in the small town of Clovelly, England. He grew up going to public school for all of his life. When he graduated from High-school he moved to Buckingham in order to go to the University of Buckingham to get a degree in environmental sciences. Unfortunately when he decided to take a cheap boat ride instead of paying for an expensive plane ticket, he forgot to take in account the rough waters they traveled over. A rock scraped the bottom of the ship creating a leak in the boat. Not knowing that there was a hole in the boat, the crew members thought they were sinking because of having too much weight in the boat. So they decided to throw the heaviest thing they had off the boat, Rocky. Rocky eventually floated to land, but he was never the same again. He developed a large phobia of water. He vowed to himself that he would never touch water again. This proved to be a challenge but he soon figured out ways to get by without water.
When he heard of the war in Madagascar in the year 2042 he jumped at the chance to fight for his country. Unfortunately due to his phobia, he wasn't allowed to fight in the war, he would merely fill out order forms for ammunition. Due to a mistake in the system, he was awarded the sergeant standing, and forced to go to war. Luckily the war ended in that same month, so he was brought back to Buckingham to finish his education. His Final exam was on the effects of Global Warming on coastal cities. He was astounded at the amount of damage a rise in water would result in. After graduating he moved to Honolulu, Hawaii to study its environment and evacuation plans.
